Delivery Information

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, through SEUR with a tracking number. We will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

SEUR: Orders placed will be shipped the next day. Orders made on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders made on a holiday will be shipped the next non-holiday day.

Delivery will be made within 24 to 96 hours depending on your destination.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging expenses. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each one individually.

If the products do not meet customer expectations, they can be returned within a maximum period of 14 natural days from the delivery of the order. The customer will always be responsible for the shipping costs. Returned products must be in perfect condition, with their seals intact, unused, and well packaged.

If you received a damaged or defective product, we will refund your money or send you a new product.
